Responsible for the overall supervision of the Accounts Department, provision of financial result for all statutory requirements, supporting the management in their financial decision-making process and implementation of internal control according to the Hotel’s policies and procedures.
Ensure system quality and controls are met with MPH standard and harmonize the company’s business objectives.
 
Pre-requisites:
- Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent and recognized professional accounting designation
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the similar capacity
- Sound business acumen
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, understanding self & others 
- Excellent leadership, develop subordinates
- Fostering a productive work environment
- Able to work independently under high stress 
- Proficient in written & spoken English and Mandarin
