Main responsibility:
1.Identify and develop the annual training & development plan as well as Training Budget which aligned with the business strategy
2.Manage the effectiveness of the training survey, analysis, guideline, procedure and feedback while develops the training policy in line with the business needs;
3.Keep close contact with colleagues of internal training network to lead company training practice;
4.Manage the use of external resources or consultants contracted to provide development services;
5.Lead Tajco Academy, drive for learning culture, ensure the improvement of employee's knowledge, skill and competency by the development and implementation of training programs;
6.Design and deliver programs for employee career path, talent and succession plan on competency improvement to meet the local business needs;
7.Lead to build up Tajco assessment, Leadership Development Programs for each management level;
